Please note that any purchase made with a gift voucher or gift card does not go towards your tier status or points earnt. For example, if you make a $100 purchase and pay for $20 of this with a gift voucher - $80 will be added to your tier status and you would receive 80 points.

Does my Tier Status Expire?

You are guaranteed to stay in the tier you are at for a 12-month period from the day you entered the tier. If you do not spend the required amount to either level up or remain in that tier, you will be demoted 1 or more tiers.

How Can I Check My Current Rewards Status?

Easy! Simply login to your account online any time to view your rewards status and points. You can also see your redemption history by clicking the Rewards History button on our rewards page while you're logged in. Our friendly in-store staff can also advise you of your points and tier status at anytime when in store.

At a base level, every $1 (AUD) you spend in-store or online earns you 1 reward point. Once you have earned enough points, you can redeem your points for $ off your future purchases. How Many Points Do I Need To Redeem A Reward?

100 rewards points is equivalent to $10 in rewards! You can redeem your rewards points in 100-point increments. 200 points = $20 off, 300 points = $30 off and so on.
