How do I cancel or edit an order that I just placed?Updated 3 days ago

Using our Order Editing tool, you can cancel or edit an order within 30 minutes of payment being made.

• Once payment has been made, at the order confirmation page, you will see a list of editing options.
• Click on the editing option and you will be taken to your Order dashboard in your Account.
• From here, you can edit or cancel your order.
• You have 30 minutes to make any changes and pay any differences.

Additional Charges and Refunds:

• If you add products or quantities to your order, you'll simply pay the difference at checkout.
• If you remove products or quantities from your order, any eligible refund will be procecssed back to your original payment method.
• If you choose to cancel your order, you will be provided two options to choose from:
  Please note: the option cannot be changed once processed.
  • Refund for a Store credit
  • Refund to the original payment method
