How do I return my order?

Can I exchange for an alternate product?

Please note that with Online returns, products can only be exchanged for the exact same item in a smaller or larger size, unfortunately items cannot be exchanged for other products or colours. We would recommend opting for a store credit or a refund

Can I return Click & Collect items?

Yes you can! Simply head back to any Purebaby store and our friendly in-store teams can provide a store credit or exchange for the order.

Can I return my Online order In Store?

You can either exchange your Online purchase at any of our Purebaby stores, or receive a credit voucher. We cannot issue a refund in store for Online purchases. If you wish to return your order for a refund, please lodge your return here.

Do you cover return postage?

We sure do! We offer FREE online returns for all Australian order within 60 days of your purchase date.

I returned an item in store for a credit note, can I use this online?

Credit notes issued in store unfortunately can only be used in store. If you have a credit note number starting with CN, this is only available for use in store. Store credits with a voucher number and pin can be used online and in store.
