Are store credit notes/vouchers counted towards my Loyalty Spend for the Quarter?
Store Credit Notes issued in a Purebaby store or via Online (as a gift voucher), are not included or counted towards your Loyalty spend for the quarter. As the items have been returned and are not classed as a viable purchase.
Can I exchange for an alternate product?
Please note that with Online returns, products can only be exchanged for the exact same item in a smaller or larger size, unfortunately items cannot be exchanged for other products or colours. We would recommend opting for a store credit or a refund for the products and then repurchasing the desired garments once the return has been processed.
Can I get an refund on SALE items?
We offer 60 days from date of purchase for an exchange or store credit for SALE items. *Online Purchase only
Can I return Click & Collect items?
Yes you can! You're able to head back to any Purebaby store to process this, following the same return terms as in store.
Can I return my order in store?
To exchange your Online Order in a Purebaby store you must provide your original invoice or order confirmation.
Do you cover return postage?
We sure do! We offer FREE online returns within 60 days of your purchase date.
How do I return my order?
If you wish to create a return, click here and follow the prompts. You will need your order number (starting with WEB-) and the email address associated with your order. You will be updated via email throughout the entire returns process. Please ensure your return meets the following conditions before sending back your item/s. Please contact us if you have any queries. Purebaby items that wish to be returned must be sent back within 60 days of purchase date.- Goods must be in their original condition with the tags attached, including original packaging. No refund for change of mind on sale items, an exchange or credit voucher will be provided. Hair brushes, hosiery, reusable nappies and face masks cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
How long do returns take to process?
Once we receive your return we will aim to process this within 10-15 business days. Refunds will then appear back to your method of payment within 3-5 business days. Exchanges will be received as a regular order time of 2-3 business days.
How long is there to return an item?
We offer 60 days to return full priced items for a refund, and 60 days to return sale items for an exchange or credit.
I havent received my exchange
If you have received confirmation of your exchange being processed please allow 2-3 business days to receive a dispatch email. If you're yet to receive confirmation of your exchange being processed please get in touch with the Customer Service team.
