Do I Need A Minimum Number of Points to Qualify For A Reward Voucher?
Yes, you need to reach either the Bronze, Silver or Gold tiers to receive a quarterly rewards voucher. You can reach each of these tiers by spending the below in a particular three month period: • Bronze: Spend between $200-499 to receive a $20 (AUD) voucher. • Silver: Spend between $500-999 to receive a $75 (AUD) voucher. • Gold: Spend $1,000 or more to receive a $250 (AUD) voucher.
Do Purchases From Stockists Count? (e.g. Baby Bunting or David Jones)
No, only purchases from Purebaby standalone stores, outlets or online at purebaby.com.au count towards your Pure Love Rewards profile.
How And Where Can I Redeem My Voucher?
Your voucher can be redeemed in any Purebaby standalone store within Australia or online at purebaby.com.au.* *See terms and conditions for exclusions. To redeem your Rewards Voucher online, simply enter the voucher number and pin into the Apply Gift Card field in checkout*. To redeem in-store, supply one of our friendly staff members your voucher details at the counter! *Rewards vouchers must be used in a single transaction. Any outstanding balance will be forfeited.
How Can I Check My Points Balance?
Easy! Simply login to your account Online and view your Rewards dashboard. Here you can view your current tier status, current spend, quarter end dates and more! You can also see your current status in our emails! If you do not have an Online login just yet, simply create an account using the same email address you used in-store* *note that it will take up to 24 hours for your spend to reflect in your Online account.

You will automatically earn reward points when you shop online at purebaby.com.au or in-store, as long as you are using the same email address you first signed up with. Online purchases will be reflected in your tier spend within 48 hours of order dispatch. In store purchases will be reflected in your account within 24 hours. How Do My Pure Love Reward Points Work?
For every $1 (AUD) you spend in-store or online, you will earn 1 reward point. The more you spend, the more you are rewarded through our four tiers (Member, Bronze, Silver and Gold). How Many Points Do I Earn Each Transaction?
You will earn one reward point for every $1 (AUD) spent in-store or online. For example, if you spend $60 (AUD) you will earn 60 points which will go towards your tier spend.
How Often Are Reward Vouchers Distributed?
We award points every 3 months across a 12 months period. Quarter one runs from 1 January to 31 March; quarter two runs from 1 April to 30 June; quarter three runs from 1 July to 30 September; and quarter four runs from 1 October to 31 December. At the end of each quarter your points will expire and your balance will reset to 0.
How Soon Will I Get A Reward Voucher?
If you’ve reached either bronze, silver or gold tier status, your reward vouchers will be distributed within two weeks after the end of the quarter.

Yes, a missed transaction can be added at a later date but not if the quarter has ended. Please contact us with your receipt or order number and preferred email address to have your points added to the correct account.

Not a problem, Purebaby does keep a record of all vouchers sent out. Please get in touch with customer service to obtain your voucher number.
