Whoops! My shipping address is incorrect! How do I fix this?
Please reach out to our Customer Service team as soon as you notice this has occurred so that our team can attempt to amend the address for you. Please note that address updates cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed, as once your order is processing at the warehouse we're unable to amend this. There is only a very small window during our business hours where changes to an address can be made.
If your address cannot be amended before dispatch, our team will provide an alternative to you for updating your address with our courier.
