Why has my order been split?

Purebaby endeavor to fulfill orders in full however, due to multiple dispatch locations you may find your items have been sent separately. If the products in your order are not available in full from one of our dispatch centers, we will source items separately.

This does mean that in this scenario you will receive two or more parcels as the items will be dispatched from separate locations.

If your order is split you will receive separate dispatch emails with a unique Tracking Number for each fulfillment.

No additional Delivery Cost applies for split orders.
