Help! My order is yet to arrive
If your order has been dispatched with us and delivery seems to be taking longer than 3-4 business days please get in touch with our customer service team who can lodge an investigation with our carrier.
How can I track my order?
An email confirmation will be sent once your parcel has dispatched confirming your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 business hours for the tracking number to become valid.
I have not received a tracking number
If you're yet to receive your tracking number, generally this means we're working on dispatching your Purebaby order. Dispatch can take up to 3-5 business days with delays during our sale period.
