Of course you can! You can enter your Purebaby gift voucher number and pin in the payment section. Please note that our gift vouchers are not Promo Codes.

Can I pay with an In Store Purebaby credit note?

Unfortunately you're unable to pay online with an in store credit note, these can only be used within Purebaby stores.

Only two gift voucher/gift card can be redeemed per order.

Do you offer Laybuy?

We do not offer Laybuy online however, we offer the alternative service of Afterpay for a buy now pay later service.

What if I have a gift voucher with no PIN?

If you have a gift voucher that was issued in a Purebaby retail store or from our old website that does not have a PIN, please email your voucher number to the online customer service team online@purebaby.com.au and we will re-issue you a voucher with a PIN that you can redeem online.
