An item is missing from my order
Sorry to hear! This may be due to our warehouse not having all of the stock available, this means that your order will be split and arriving from multiple locations. If your order is showing as being sent in full but you believe that an item is missing. Please send a photo of the items you have received to our Customer Service team via email so they can help resolve the matter for you.
Can I cancel or make amendments to an order that I just placed?
Unfortunately once an order is placed we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after it has been placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to: Change of delivery address Changes to colours and sizes Adding or removing items Applying discounts Full order cancellations Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.
