I Have Lost My Reward Voucher?
You can view all of your current rewards vouchers in your Online account. Simply login to your account and navigate to the Rewards tab. Here you can see your rewards vouchers which are not yet expired*
*Voucher list updates once per day, does not reflect orders that are not yet fulfilled and may not reflect vouchers that have already been redeemed. Vouchers expire strictly on the expiry date and cannot be extended. Reward vouchers must be spent in one transaction. No change is given.
Treat your reward voucher as cash and keep it safe. Purebaby is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen vouchers, and they will not be re-issued or replaced.
